We collaborate on a location that best suits your desired aesthetic, sessions are outdoor or in-home. Locations outside a 30 mile radius of Middleton, WI will require an additional travel fee. Extended family session pricing available upon request. Sessions are all inclusive and include the following:

A lifestyle newborn session that is calm, quiet and baby led. Baby led means posing and swaddling will be natural, safe, and comfortable; taking moments as needed for feedings and diapering. We collaborate on a location that best suits your desired aesthetic, sessions are outdoor or in-home. Locations outside a 30mile radius of Middleton, WI will require an additional travel fee. Sessions are all inclusive and include the following:

High School seniors, your unique style and expression is one that needs to be documented, let's collaborate and bring your vision to life. We collaborate on a location that best suits your desired aesthetic. Locations outside a 30mile radius of Middleton, WI will require an additional travel fee. Includes 2 outfit changes. Additional time or outfit changes can be included for additional fee. Sessions include the following:

my simple 6 step process
My favorite time of day to shoot is during golden hour, that hour of beautiful creamy light that occurs right before sunset. With that being said, anytime of day can provide a beautiful lighting scene depending on the mood you are looking to create....morning light is nice and soft, mid-day light is great for harsh lighting and dark shadows; this is where collaboration is key! Indoor sessions are scheduled during time of best natural light within your home.

We will start with introductions of course! I will take a special moment for any kiddos, always down on their level to make them feel most comfortable and to let them know we are here to have fun! My approach will provide directing and prompts to encourage you along the way, maintaining a laid back vibe. Your session will flow and shift depending on the mood and the scene; capturing candid, storytelling imagery of the beautiful vulnerable moments that are unique to you.

My newborn lifestyle sessions are baby led, where baby is naturally posed or swaddled and kept safe and comfortable at all times. I will not pose a newborn or use props to pose them, I believe newborns are most beautiful snug in the arms of their loved ones, with a simple white onesie, loosely swaddled and relaxed.

Selecting outfits can be stressful, and I am here to guide you! I look to nature to inspire color coordination, think soft warm neutrals such as tans, creams, rusts, blacks and whites....mix in some soft pops of color like cornflower blue and sage green. Mixing in delicate patters and textures adds dimension and contrast. For footwear..leather and canvas shoes play well with a natural setting. Once your contract is signed, you will receive a client questionnaire. I provide this questionnaire as a way to get to know you better before a session...what do you like to do in your spare time, what do your kids love to do, what is your happy place! All of this sharing feeds into my artistic vision for your session and how I can best make you feel at ease during your session. All you need to do is arrive with an open mind and be your most authentic self!

As a mom of two, I feel you here! Children will be children and the expectation is just that, I am here to guide the mood and react as needed to allow for those beautiful authentic moments to unfold. I may remind parents to relax and just breathe at times, take in this time with your kiddos and let me worry about the smiles....children will be unapologetically themselves which is beautiful and pure inspiration for me! I am here for you!!

I take a lifestyle approach to my work and focus on candid moments to convey a story of the moment; my photography does not include formal headshot type images. If desired, I will provide headshot portraits for a lifestyle family session, I will ask this in the questionnaire you receive.

First off, yes on printing your photos!! Artifact Uprising, MPIX are two consumer printing options that I would recommend to you, they offer quality prints and offer specials now and again. At this time, I do not offer printing services directly linked to your gallery, I plan to develop and offer this service soon!
